I enjoy working closely with employers to understand their goals and design training programmes that actually deliver. Not just spend levy (in fact those two words as an objective I happen to find quite triggering).

I'm a big believer in what Apprenticeships can do, because I've been there and seen it, and live in a state of permanent annoyance that communication around them is delivered poorly in organisations 90% of the time.

Whether we're unsticking or creating, we'll begin with the end in mind... which means there will be a clear thread from the proposal we put in front of board or SLT, through the messaging that goes out within your business, to the results it creates.

Magically, this will mean people know what to do with it. The programme will do what it intends to do, Apprenticeships will be seen as a net positive, and your line manager will use the word 'visionary' in your next review.
